Our beginner-level swimming lessons for ages 15-17 and 18-23 are here to make a splash in your life.

Whether you're looking to conquer your fear of water or build a strong foundation, our expert instructors have got you covered.

Based at the National Aquatic Centre, join us for a 6 week term of beginner lessons starting on the 8th and 9th of November running until the 13th and 14th of December.

Lessons will run on:

Wednesdays for 15-17 year olds from November 8th until December 13th.

Thursdays for 18-23 year olds from November 9th until December 14th.

Please bring the following:

• Swimming Suit
• Hat
• Goggle
• Towel
• Water bottle
