Dance and Dip - Women in Sport Week

 Swim Ireland and Fingal Sports are inviting you to come along and join us during the 7th of March at 17:00 to celebrate Women in Sport Week. 

Dance and Dips: This is a health and fitness session, guided by a qualified dance instructor for 45 minutes followed by a dip in the open water. This event costs €3 (additional eventmaster charge of 7%).

Further Information

• We will meet on the beach near the Shelter's end of the Velvet Strand beach.
• This event is open to those of all abilities!
• Please inform us if you require additional support.
• Swim hat provided on the day.
• Please wear or bring appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis, swim suits and or rashvests to allow for movement!
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated, a towel / swim poncho and warm clothes and a hot beverage for after your session!
