Learn to Swim 

We all have a relationship with water, and you are never too old or too young to learn to swim. 

Swim Ireland works with Local Sports Partnerships across Ireland to help provide adult swimming lessons for people of all ages who want to enjoy the water more in a supportive environment.

Important Information;

• 6 - Week Programme on Friday's at 10.30 am - 11.30 am starting 7th of March
• Adult Lessons mixed ages and abilities start at 10.30 am
• Adult Lessons 50 + beginners start at 11.00 am
• Each session involves a 30 minute lesson with certified instuctor
• After your lesson enjoy the use of the leisure facilities (jacuzzi,steam room, sauna)
• Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.
• Open to those aged 18 years and over.
• Please wear appropriate swim wear
• Goggles are recommended for swimming lessons
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
