Ballinamore AC Open 10K and 5k Road races 2023 (Including the Leitrim 10k Championships for registered Members of Leitrim AI clubs only)
Sunday August 13th, 2023 @ 1pm sharp.
This is the opening day of Ballinamore Family Festival 2023

10km and 5km (including fun run and walk)
Entry Fee €15 (5k) and €20 (10k)

1500m for Under 12 & 14s. Entry fee €5 (on the evening)
The races will be held under Athletics Ireland permit.
Competitors must be over 13 to compete in the 5km under Athletics Ireland rules.
Fast certified course with a downhill 1st and last 1km
Races will be chip times by www.coretiming.ie
****Cash prizes for:
- Top 3 Male and Female in 10k
- Male and Female winner in over 40 and 50 age categories in the 10km
- Top 3 male and female in the 5km
- Medals for Under 14 and 12 races
- Seperately we will award Medals of first 3 men & women in the Leitrim 10k Championships for registered Members of Leitrim AI clubs only.
Numbers will be available for collection between
11.30am and 12.30pm
