Open water swimming programme starts Sunday morning 10th of September at 10 -11 am .
Join us for a fun and supportive 4-week dipper to swimmer programme!
Improve your confidence in open water. Participants should already be comfortable in the water, with a goal of spending more time in the water and swimming 50m to 100m at the end of the programme.
What to Bring
Wetsuits are recommended but not essential, all participants must have a tow float. You will receive information on what to bring attached to the booking confirmation email.
