Carrick Aces Credit Union 5k 2026

Our goal, as always, is to host a friendly & inclusive event for people of all athletic abilities.

We would love if you could join us whether you wish to race our 5K, jog it or complete it walking or with a buggy - everyone is welcome!

This is a chip-timed event on a very flat course with plenty of support on the route.

Thanks to the generosity of our title sponsor Carrickmacross Credit Union and other sponsors, the first 400 entrants will get a stylish 42K Technical T-Shirt and a unique medal which has a special local focus.

All entrants can also look forward to our legendary hospitality after the race.

For all aspiring kids that want to be the next Sharlene Mawdsley or Cian McPhillips, we also have a Kids Family Fun Run at 10am which you can enter on the morning of the race.
