Jacksons Fest 2023 - Two-Day Event 

Jacksons Falls, Laragh, Co Wicklow – Team Race, Time Trials & BoaterX

October 5th & 6th 2024

• Sat Morn - Team Race on the Avonmore
• Sat Afternoon - Individual Time Trials as part of the Irish Whitewater Race League.
• Sun Morn - BoaterX Heats

8am: Car Park (Strictly NO Parking at Lynams Hotel)

8.30am – 9.30am: Registration  

9.30-10am: Shuttles to Trooperstown

10am: Team Race Starts. Team of 4 mixture of men, women and juniors on each team. From Trooperstown 

Lunch

Individual Time Trial on Jacksons Falls

Evening: Apres Paddle 

Sunday:

10am Meet Carpark & Begin Shuttles

11am BoaterX Heats Start

Followed by BoaterX semi’s, final etc.

Afternoon: Overall Prize Giving

All Competitors must be Level 4 certified OR signed off by level 4 instructor as being of the standard OR have competed in a similar race in previous 12 months. Under 18s must be signed off as competent by a Level 4 Instructor and have parental consent to compete.

€30 for Entry Ticket

€40 for ticket & t-shirt (limited t-shirts, same as April 2023 t-shirts).
