Bweeng Trail Blazers 5k

The award winning Bweeng Trail Blazers 5k takes place on 7th May 2023.This year the race has even more importance as all funds generated from this event will go to the development of 200mtr running track in Bweeng Community Grounds. 

The race has sold out over the last number of years and is known as one of the best organised and PB races in Ireland. There is plenty of Individual and Category prizes.

The race draws runners from All over Ireland who are looking for a fast well organised event. Over the years this event has won many awards both at County and National level. 

The course record currently stands at 14:12 following the win in 2022 by Jake O'Regan from St Johns AC. The Female course record is held by Lizzie Lee of Levale in a time of 16:00

Come along for the PB time, the great atmosphere and of course the famous Bweeng cakes after the race!!!!
