Swimmin' Women
We are inviting females to come along and join us for a fun improver swim programme, that you haven't experienced before!
Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming and take the evenings to bond with your fellow females!
Important Information;
- 6 Week Programme on Wednesdays @ 7pm
- From 4th of February to 11th of March
- Each session involves a 30min Swim Skills with certified instuctor
- Tickets cost €30 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Participants receive swim hats, menopause and swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
- Goggles are not required but are recommended.
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.
Data submitted at time of booking will be shared with Sports Ireland for reporting purposes.
