The Biofreeze Irish Runner 5K takes place on Saturday 17th May 2025

A free 4 week training plan will be issued on April 21st so make sure to sign up in advance!
Free postage (within Ireland & Northern Ireland) of Bib Number & T-shirt before 8th May 2025. Collection on Race Day for Entries made on the 8th May onwards.
This event incorporates the National 5K Championships. Entries available until Friday 16th May or when the event reaches capacity, whichever comes first
