Dive into a healthier you with our 6-week programme to build your confidence: Learn to Swim programme is at Athy K-Leisure Swimming Pool starting on Thurs 24th Sept for 6 weeks. 

Join us for uplifting sessions suitable for adult beginners, open to men and women aged 18 and over, to get you moving in the water. Led by a certifed and experienced instructor, these classes offer a gentle approach to learning to swim as an adult. 

Starting Thurs 24th Sept at 2.15pm to 3pm for 6 weeks, every session promises a learning experience catered specifically for the group.   

Please bring the following:

• Swimming Suit
• Hat
• Goggle
• Towel
• Water bottle
