The Biofreeze Irish Runner 10Mile takes place on Sunday 20th July 2025

We will help run your first 10 Mile, or help you achieve a personal best time with our expert training advice.

A free 4 week training plan, building on from the previous plans, will be issued on June 23rd so make sure to sign up in advance!

Free postage (within Ireland & Northern Ireland) of Bib Number & T-shirt until midnight 9th July 2025. Collection on Race Day for Entries made on the 10th July onwards. 

This event incorporates the National 10 Mile Championships. Entries available until Friday 18th July or when the event reaches capacity, whichever comes first

Race start time 9.00am on Sunday, July 20th.
