Event Description:

A Canoeing Ireland Training and Development Centre Inititiave...

As the Summer aproaches there are many campaigns around water safety on our rivers, lakes and too the beach.  But fun on the water does not have to be dulled down.

This two hour session at our Training Hub will provide and review water safety / rescue at our location on the River Liffey.

Here you will explore whilst assessing the emergency action plans and learning to swim with the use of a PFD.

Consider cold water / hypothermia in the unlikley event of a rescue as we walk you through the appropiate process.

Be Summer aware with our practical safety course, and have a clear understanding next time you're by the water.
