Learn To Cycle CMX 2026

Monaghan Sports Partnership is delighted to announce that we will be running a 5 week Learn to Cycle Programme for children.

The Learn To Cycle Programme in Carrickmacross will start on Monday 11th May and every Monday (except Bank Holiday 1st of June) until the 15th of June @ 5:00pm - 6:00pm each week and will take place at Bunscoil Lughaidh Naofa, Carrickmacross A81 DT82

These programmes will be delivered by Bike Green who have extensive knowledge and experience of delivering cycling programmes to children.

This programme will prove invaluable for the children taking part, providing a great source of physical exercise while teaching the children correct techniques and improving their cycling confidence and capabilities.

Children will learn lots of fun cycling skills and drills across the weeks. Bicycles and helmets will be provided, but if children have their own bikes they are encouraged to bring them.

Parents must remain onsite with children for the duration of each session. Places are limited on this programme and pre-registration is essential. The cost of this programme is €20 per child and is heavily subsidised by Monaghan Sports Partnership.
