United Striders AC hosts the fast, scenic 5K Stride on the South East Greenway, Friday 7th August—hugely popular and likely to sell out early.
The South East Greenway 5K is known as one of the fastest courses in Ireland — a flat, smooth, point-to-point route with no cars, no corners, and nothing to slow you down.
Held entirely on the scenic Greenway, it’s widely regarded as a PB course by runners of all levels.
