Learn to Swim
We all have a relationship with water, and you are never too old or too young to learn to swim.
Swim Ireland work with Local Sports Partnerships across Ireland to help provide adult swimming lessons for people of all ages who want to enjoy the water more in a supportive environment.
Important Information;
- 6 - Week Programme on Friday's at 10.30am - 11.30am starting 5th of September
- Adult Lessons beginners start at 10.30 am
- Adult Lessons mixed abilities start at 11.00 am
- Each session involves a 30 minute lesson with certified instuctor
- Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear
- Goggles are recommended for swimming lessons
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
