Event Description:
An 8 week programme delving into the world of Artistic Swimming, open to all abilities and gender (8 years plus)!
Sessions are from 10.30 - 11.30am and take place from Sunday 24th march, until Sunday 26th May in Markievicks Sport and Fitness, Dublin 2.
No session 17th march, 31 march, 21 april
Further weekly training will be available after this block.
What to Bring
- All participants must bring a full water bottle
- Swim suit,
- Swim hat (will be provided).
- If you have a nose plug, please bring one, but this is not essential.
