Connacht - HE Swims, Roscommon Leisure Centre Feb 2026

We’re inviting men to join us for a fun swim programme- have some fun, get energised and challenge yourself in the process.

Get ready for an exciting introduction to swimming suitable for beginners and improvers, designed specifically for male group. 

Important Information:

• 6-Week Programme on Monday @2pm to 2.45pm. 
• Starting Monday 23rd February at 2pm at Roscommon Leisure Centre. 
• Each session includes a 45-minute lesson with a certified instructor
• Course cost: €25 (plus 7% processing fee) for full 6-week access ( no cash payments accepted). 
• Open to men aged 18 and over
• Please wear secure swimwear suitable for movement
• Goggles are recommended
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
