This is a once-off taster session to try out the program during an existing class.
This will be a fun, active, programme focusing on getting get participants active through enjoyable and challenging training sessions lead by a professional tutor through an online platform (Zoom). Sessions can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. The overall focus is on mobility and building total-body strength. Apart from a smartphone, laptop, or tablet, the only equipment you will require is a chair.
