123.ie in association with Athletics Ireland wants to help you 'give better a try' this January. To support you on a positive start to your 2024, we bring you #Runuary.
We will help you unlock your inner drive to keep you on track not only in January but beyond because running is for life not just for New Year resolutions.
Register today for one of our 'Runuary' Challenges:
- 5K Challenge -Complete your FIRST 5K

- 5K Challenge - Run your FASTEST 5K
It is free to register and we encourage you to sign up as early as possible. You will complete your 5k at the end of Janurary virtually - in a safe venue of your choosing - parkruns are great ;)
You can also join our 'Runuary' Facebook Group which will offer additional weekly support and advice as we progress. Sport Ireland also have some great health and wellbeing resources HERE.
