Emo Forest Run 2025

The annual Emo Forrest Run will take place on Good Friday 18th April at 1800hrs.

Number collection on the day, will take place in Emo Community Centre from 1530hrs.
All athletes are asked to park in the community centre.
Both the 10k and 5k start in Emo village, with the 5k looping through the majestic Emo Court grounds.
The entries will receive a bespoke Emo Forrest Run T-shirt and the total number of participants has been capped at 350.
St Michaels AC will be incorporating the Bill Devereaux Perpetual Cup for the first Club team in the 10k. Bill was a former, coach, chairman and athlete with the club and is sorely missed by all involved.
