Dublin City - Adults Artistic Swimming - Ballyfermot Pool

Swim Ireland and Dublin City Sports and Wellbeing Partnership are excited to be growing and developing Artistic Swimming in the country, and these sessions are designed for fully beginners that are interested in trying something new and creative in the water. 

Artistic Swimming is a sport that combines water acrobatics and music in graceful routines. The skills, such as sculling, eggbeater kick, breath control, balance and body awareness all cross over into the other aquatic disciplines, while also including skills from the likes of Gymnastics and Dance.

Participants requirements:

• Age 18 years old +
• Comfortable in the water
• Course is open to all levels and genders

Session Times:
Thursdays at 11:00 - 11:45

Dates: 

5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of March

Location: 

Ballyfermot Sports and Leisure 

10 Blackditch Rd, Cherry Orchard, Dublin

What to Bring:

• A full water bottle

• Swimsuit

• Swim hat

• Nose plug (if you have one)

• Please arrive 10min ealier to allow time for changing.
