HER Outdoors Week - Fingal - 2025

Her Outdoors Week is a campaign led by Sport Ireland, encouraging more females to get out and enjoy being active outdoors.

Swim Ireland and Fingal Sports are inviting you to encourage you, your daughter, niece, mum, grandmother, sister or friend to come along and join us during the 11th - 17th August. 

Women and Girls Swim lesson: This intro to open water swimming week long class will help you to gain confidence when swimming in the sea. This event costs €10 for the full week - Monday to Friday.

• This event is open to those of all abilities!
• Please inform us if you require additional support.
• Swim hat provided on the day.
• Please wear or bring appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis, swim suits and or rashvests to allow for movement!
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated, a towel / swim poncho and warm clothes and a hot beverage for after your session!
