The Level 1 course is focused on the learning to train stage on the LTAD pathway.

NB Attendees must have completed either an Athletics Leader Course or Assistant Coach Course before attending

Course - Level 1

Date- 1st, 2nd , 8th and 9th of February

Location- Tralee Harriers AC, Dan Spring Rd, Cloon Beg, Tralee, Co. Kerry

Time - 10m- 4pm

Events Covered - Sprints, Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Putt, Javelin, Discus, Walks, Endurance Running, Circuits
