Adults 50+ Swimming
We are inviting adults aged 50+ to come along and join us for a fun swim programme.
Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming.
Important Information;
- 4 Week Programme on Thursdays @ 1pm May 1st - May 22nd.
- Each session involves a 45min Swim session with certified instuctor and life guard.
- Tickets cost €20 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 4 week admittance.
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Participants receive swim hats, menopause and swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
- Goggles are not required but are recommended.
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.
Data submitted at time of booking will be shared with Meath LSP for reporting purposes.
