Aqua Disco- Aquafit to Disco Music

Join us for a fun programme and remember those Disco moves! Aqua Disco running for the first time in Kildare! Set to Disco music, this aquadisco is an aerobic exercise class performed in the water. A range of equipment can be used to increase intensity. Set to Disco music, it is the perfect low-impact workout appropriate for people of all ages and fitness abilities.

Important Information;

• 6 Week programme on Tuesdays 1.45pm to 2.30pm
• Starting Tuesday 20th January 2026 for 6 weeks
• Open to men and women age 18 and over. 
• Each session involves a 45 minute Aqua Aerobics session set to Disco Music with certified instuctor. 
• Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.No cash payments accepted.
• Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
• Goggles are not required but are recommended.
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
