WOW- Women on Wheels Gosford

Cycling Ireland's Gearing Up is a progressive mountain bike skills programme designed for beginners.  It covers the fundamental skills required for cycling in an off-road environment.

This course is led by Claire Young from Apollo Cycling Club at Gosford Forest Park.

Claire is passionate about enabling more women to experience the fun and friendship that comes with mountain biking.

Requirements- a working mountain bike, helmet, gloves and a desire to have some fun!

Six weekly sessions starting on Tuesday 4th June at 6.30pm at Gosford Forest Park.

Please note, you will be sent an email containing a £30 discount code and will be required to sign up to a Cycling Ireland Leisure membership.
