Steeplechase workshop for all.
While many Caoches and athletes will be keen to develop water jump skills, basic hurdling and step on techniques will be covered along with conditioning tips and examples.
1pm to 4pm
Please bring spikes and change of clothing.
We will meet at the UCC track by the Steeplechase Barriers @ 1255 to start for 1300 (Not at the Sports Pavillion - other sports using that area)
