Workshop Information:  

AIM: Upskill developmental coaches in a range of different events and promote a multi event approach to their athletes in line with Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD). 

FORMAT: Workshops are delivered over the course of a two hour Zoom session with two different events covered on each evening. Each event will be designated 1 hr with a presentation and Q&A.

CONTENT: Learn and improve on the basics of each of the event groups 

COST: €5 

This course is aimed at coaches who have completed either a Level 1 or Assistant Coaching Course.
