Physical Literacy Workshop - Online - Wed 23rd October

Monaghan, Meath, Louth & Cavan Sports Partnerships are delighted to facilitate this workshop. Sport Ireland Coaching has developed this course to give participants the opportunity to develop their knowledge and understanding of physical literacy. Physical literacy is the foundation for lifelong involvement in sport and physical activity.

This is an interactive 3 hour workshop which will enable participants to:

(1) Outline the origins, definition, elements, relationship between the elements and importance of physical literacy

(2) Explain whether individuals can be described as ‘physically literate’ and whether physical literacy can be assessed.

The cost of this workshop is €10 per participant and is heavily subsidised by the above Local Sports Partnerships.
