Swim Ireland and Fingal Sports are inviting you to come along and join us during the 23rd - 30th September to celebrate European week of Sport.
Yoga and Dips: This is a wellness and holistic programme, guided by a qualified yoga instructor for 45 minutes followed by a dip in the open water. This event costs €5.
Further Information
- We will meet at the lifeguard hut on the beach near the Shelter's end of the beach.
- This event is open to those of all abilities!
- Please inform us if you require additional support.
- Bring a yoga mat or towel with you for the yoga session.
- Swim hat provided on the day.
- Please wear or bring appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis, swim suits and or rashvests to allow for movement!
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated, a towel / swim poncho and warm clothes and a hot beverage for after your session!
