Emo Forest Run 2026

The annual Emo Forrest Run will take place on Good Friday 3rd April at 1800hrs.

Event Description:
Number collection on the day, will take place in Emo Community Centre from 1530hrs.
All athletes are asked to park in the community centre.
Both the 10k and 5k start in Emo village, with the 5k looping through the majestic Emo Court grounds.
The first 350 entries will receive a bespoke Emo Forrest Run T-shirt and the total number of participants has been capped at 400.
St Michaels AC will be incorporating the Bill Devereaux Perpetual Cup for the first Club team in the 10k. Bill was a former, coach, chairman and athlete with the club and is sorely missed by all involved.
