Swimmin' Women
We are inviting midlife females to come along and join us for a fun swim programme, that you haven't experienced before!
Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming and take the afternoon to bond with your fellow females!
Important Information:
- Swimmin' Women Programme on Saturdays at 11.30 to 12.15pm for 6 weeks
- Starting on Saturday the 17th January.
- Each session involves a 45min swimming class with certified instuctor.
- Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance ( no cash payments accepted).
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Participants receive swim hats, menopause and swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
- Goggles are not required but are recommended.
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.
Data submitted at time of booking will be shared with Sports Ireland for reporting purposes.
