About Cancer Fund For Children
At Cancer Fund for Children, we understand the devastating impact a cancer diagnosis and its treatment have on the whole family, and that beyond the essential medical care, there is a family life that needs to be rebuilt. Our aim is to empower, connect and strengthen families, so they feel equipped to deal with whatever cancer throws at them.
With our amazing supporters by our side, we will ensure that children and young people don’t have to face cancer alone.
About 26 Mountains to Mayo
This 8-day challenge will see the team climb to the highest point in every county across Ireland. Starting with Errigal in Donegal on Saturday 7th June, we will cover the hills and mountains across Ulster, before moving into Connacht, across to Leinster, down to Munster. Our final leg will see us making our way back to Connacht to finish with Mweelrea in Mayo on Saturday 14th June 2025.
