About Aware

Aware undertakes to create a society where people affected by stress, depression, bipolar disorder and mood related conditions are understood, supported, free from stigma, and are encouraged to access appropriate therapies. A significant number of people in Ireland experience depression, but many hide their condition and never get help. Aware’s message is one of hope: recovery is possible. Early intervention,as well as ongoing support are very important.

The walk is suitable for most fitness levels. Along the way you can take in scenic Dublin Bay and stop off at the Halfway Hooley at Eastpoint Business Park with complimentary refreshments and entertainment. This event is hosted  this year by East Point Business Park  and sponsored by Dublin Port.
The Aware Harbour2Harbour Walk is a flagship fundraising event for Aware, the national charity supporting people impacted by depression and bipolar disorder.
