Hi. I’m Steff. This year, I’m running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026 - but not just for the plot, but to actually make an impact. I was given the opportunity to help - so I will run this race - put myself through the strain and suffering in support of those who can’t. In support of the Laura Lynn Children’s Hospice. I just love long distance running. If it's in the mountains or on the road - I'm in. So I am absolutely delighted to be doing it for a great cause! If you’d like - you can donate. About LauraLynn Children's Hospice
LauraLynn is Ireland's only Children's Hospice, marking 13 years of providing palliative care and support for children with life limiting conditions and their families from all across Ireland. LauraLynn provides symptom management, planned short breaks, emergency and end-of-life care, as well as family supports and bereavement care. Care can be delivered in our purpose-built hospice in Dublin, at hospital, in the community, or in the family home. The LauraLynn in the Community Team provides care and supports in the family home in the Leinster region, as well as a Cork-based team across Cork, Kerry and Limerick and a base in Ballinasloe providing care in the Midlands, West and Northwest. Since opening in 2011, LauraLynn has cared for over 751 families including parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents. LauraLynn care is provided completely free of charge to families and relies primarily on fundraised income to fund its hospice services. Thank you for your kind support.
