For the past 9 years, my family and I have been proud to raise money for Aid Cancer Treatment by taking part in Cork’s Mini Marathon. This charity is particularly close to our hearts, as they supported my late uncle Alan throughout his cancer treatment. Cancer has had a huge impact on our family and we know firsthand how difficult and challenging it can be, not only for the person going through treatment but for their family and loved ones too. We continue to support Aid Cancer Treatment because we believe in the importance of helping provide the treatment, care and support that cancer patients need. Taking part in the Cork Mini Marathon each year is our way of honouring Alan’s memory and helping other families who are facing their own cancer journey. We would be incredibly grateful for any donation, big or small. Every donation makes a difference and is very much appreciated.
