On the 4th of May this year, my sister Aoife and I are taking part in the Great Limerick Run. Aoife is taking part in the 10km and I am doing the half marathon in aid of a fantastic charity that help so many people and families around Ireland which is Pieta House. Pieta House help people that both suffer with mental health and those that are grieving after losing someone to metal health or suicide. They provide such a vital service in Ireland and the work they do is truly amazing! We are also taking part in this event in memory of an amazing person, boyfriend and friend that we lost to suicide just over a year ago. Alex was an incredible person and I hope that we make him proud on the 4th of May, no doubt he will be with us every step of the way. Any donations big or small would be greatly appreciated so that many more people and families can get the help and support they need to cope with such circumstances. Thank you, Aoife and Roisin💛
