Hi all, This year i've decided to run the Dublin Half Marathon on Sunday the 30th of March 2025 in aid of LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice. I choose this charity as for every €25 I raise, this provides 1 hour of palliative care to sick children in their homes. The hospice relies heavily on fundraising and donations to provide essential care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. If you’d like to support, I’d really appreciate it—thank you so much! Roy

About LauraLynn Children's Hospice

LauraLynn is Ireland's only Children's Hospice, marking 13 years of providing palliative care and support for children with life limiting conditions and their families from all across Ireland. LauraLynn provides symptom management, planned short breaks, emergency and end-of-life care, as well as family supports and bereavement care. Care can be delivered in our purpose-built hospice in Dublin, at hospital, in the community, or in the family home. The LauraLynn in the Community Team provides care and supports in the family home in the Leinster region, as well as a Cork-based team across Cork, Kerry and Limerick and a base in Ballinasloe providing care in the Midlands, West and Northwest. Since opening in 2011, LauraLynn has cared for over 751 families including parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents. LauraLynn care is provided completely free of charge to families and relies primarily on fundraised income to fund its hospice services. Thank you for your kind support.
