Robbie Brennan fundraising for UNICEF Ireland in Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2025
My name is Robbie Brennan and I’m running the 2025 Dublin Marathon in aid of UNICEF's Gaza Appeal. According to the charity, at least 14,500 children have been killed in Israel's war of annihilation in Gaza, with Israeli restrictions on the level of humanitarian support allowed into the enclave leaving the population of 2.1million people at risk of starvation, exposure, and disease. The announcement of a ceasefire in Gaza is welcome news. However, with limited supplies of food, a decimated housing supply, and the near-total destruction of basic public infrastructure like running water and sanitation, children in Gaza are far from safe. My goal is to raise €5,000 before I line up at the start in October. All donations will go directly to alleviating the suffering of the world’s neediest and most downtrodden. All support is appreciated.
