Paul Weller fundraising for Brain Tumour Research in Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026
This year, I’m running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026 — this is the 2nd of 5 marathons in 7 months for something bigger than myself. In 2027 it’ll be the 5th anniversary of my step mum Jenny Weller’s death. Brain Tumour Research have given me the opportunity to run one marathon for every year she has been gone in the build up to her anniversary. 26.2 miles. That’s the distance between comfort and courage, between an ordinary day and a moment that could truly change lives. Every mile I run is a reminder of why I’m doing this — to make a real difference for those who need it most. It’s not just about crossing a finish line; it’s about showing up, pushing through, and turning effort into impact. Your support — whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply cheering me on — means more than words can say. Together, we can take every step a little further. Every mile matters. Every gesture helps. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
