I am running the Dublin Marathon this year to raise funds for Cancer Care West in memory of Mum and also to acknowledge the support they provided to our family during a very difficult period. Cancer Care West support people in whatever way possible and at any point in their experience of cancer. They welcome adults, families, children, relatives and friends affected by cancer. Their professional community-based services offer practical and emotional support free of charge and are available to anyone affected by cancer. Their services include their Galway Cancer Support Centre, Donegal Cancer Support Centre, Accommodation at Inis Aoibhinn for those having Radiotherapy Treatment in GUH and a Transport Service. Their services are designed to be inclusive, respectful, and accessible to individuals from every community, ensuring that no one faces cancer alone. Thanks so much for the support!
