Natasha Mc Murray fundraising for Cancer Focus NI in Waterside Half Marathon 2026

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Your support is really appreciated. If you can help me to promote this page I would greatly appreciate it. You can share my page on any social media using the social sharing sections. Thanks again! πŸ»πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ What could possibly go wrong? πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ A few weeks ago, under the influence of a few drinks and what can only be described as a complete lack of common sense, I signed up for the Waterside πŸ…—πŸ…πŸ…›πŸ…• πŸ…œπŸ…πŸ…‘πŸ…πŸ…£πŸ…—πŸ…žπŸ…! I could say, at the time, it seemed like a brilliant idea but honestly I had the fear straight away... I'd never so much as ran for a bus before πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ Fast forward to now, and somehow I've gone from struggling through my first 5K to training for 13.1 miles. My legs hurt, my knees have questions, and I'm still not entirely convinced this was my finest decision. But if I'm going to put myself through this, I'd love for it to be for a cause that really matters to me. In honour of my Granny Violet and in tribute to members of my family who have recently fought and are still fighting Cancer, I'm raising money for Cancer Focus NI, a charity that provides vital support, care and services to people affected by cancer across Northern Ireland. So if you'd like to support a slightly delusional 42-year-old attempting a half marathon after a bacardi-fuelled moment of optimism, I'd be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter how small. Every pound will help make a difference, and knowing I'm doing this for such an important cause will definitely help when I'm questioning my life choices around mile 10! Thank you so much for your support ❀️
