At Cancer Fund for Children, we understand the devastating impact a cancer diagnosis and its treatment have on the whole family, and that beyond the essential medical care, there is a family life that needs to be rebuilt. Our aim is to empower, connect and strengthen families, so they feel equipped to deal with whatever cancer throws at them.
With our amazing supporters by our side, we will ensure that children and young people don’t have to face cancer alone.

The race is hosted by the Dublin Marathon Group in partnership with Dublin City Council, the official event partner.
Distance: Half Marathon
Date: Sunday, 3rd May 2026 @ 8.30am
Course: Starting in the heart of the City Centre on O’Connell Street the course will take runners out of the north of the city and will finish back in the city centre.
