Hey everyone, I am excited to announce that I am running the Dublin marathon on behalf of the Crohn’s & Colitis Ireland Foundation on October 26, 2025. As many of you know my father is from Leitrim and my mother’s parents are from Kerry, so it’s safe to say Ireland has a special place in my heart. This cause is important to me because I was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s disease in 2015 and it has been the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with. Crohn’s disease is unpredictable, relentless, and unwavering - but so am I. Running this marathon is my way of fighting back and proving that no matter how tough Crohn's gets, I'm tougher.
