John Doran fundraising for Pieta
This year, I’m running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026 for Pieta — a cause that saves lives. Pieta provides free, professional support to people experiencing suicidal distress and self-harm, and to those who love them. When someone is at their lowest point, Pieta is often there — listening, supporting, and helping them find a way through. Running 26.2 miles is a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the battles faced every day by those struggling with their mental health. Each mile I run is a small act of solidarity — a reminder that no one should have to face that pain alone. By supporting this run, you’re helping Pieta continue to offer their services to anyone who needs them, free of charge. Your donation directly supports counselling, crisis intervention, and hope at the moments it’s needed most. Whether you choose to donate, share this page, or simply cheer me on, please know that it genuinely makes a difference. Every mile represents someone helped. Every donation helps keep a door open. Thank you for being part of this.
