Jennifer Connor fundraising for Pieta in Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026
This year, I’m running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026 — for something bigger than myself. 26.2 miles. That’s the distance between comfort and courage, between an ordinary day and a moment that could truly change lives. Every mile I run is a reminder of why I’m doing this — to make a real difference for those who need it most. It’s not just about crossing a finish line; it’s about showing up, pushing through, and turning effort into impact. Your support — whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply cheering me on — means more than words can say. Together, we can take every step a little further. Every mile matters. Every gesture helps. As some of you will know, my cousin died by suicide in late 2025. It’s something I find hard to get my head around and I’m constantly thinking of my family back in the UK who are having to deal with this. I’m running my first marathon in memory of him and to raise funds for such a worthy cause that I hope will help so many who are in trouble or those families and friends who are dealing with their loss. I’ll be running some charity fitness classes to help in my quest to raise this. Thank you so much for your support. It means the world to me, and to all those who will benefit from it ❤️
