Gráinne Dignam fundraising for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)

This coming year, I am running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026 in honour of my dad who passed away in 2014 due to a heart attack. I am running in aid of a charity that is very close to my family's heart; CRY Ireland; 'Cardiac Risk in the Young'. I would also like to dedicate this run to my cousin Ian Dignam who tragically passed away due to a heart attack earlier this year. Since 2014, myself and my brothers have attended the CRY Clinic in Tallaght for screening and support. CRY is a vital service and provides free cardiac screening and support for young people and families who have been affected by sudden cardiac death. The work CRY does is quiet, behind the scenes and absolutely life-changing. Their work is so important, and it relies heavily on fundraising. If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you so much for the support — it means so much to me and my family and will directly help CRY continue their life-saving work
