Frances O Donnell fundraising for Team Hope in Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026

Help me help others. I'm running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026, 26.2 miles, for Team Hope. Along side numerous other projects supporting people living in poverty, Team Hope run the Christmas Shoebox Appeal, delivering gifts straight into the hands of children affected by poverty. For many of these kids, the shoebox is the only gift they'll receive at Christmas. Every mile I run this October is a reminder of how fortunate we are, and a chance to do something about it for those who need it most. Your support, whether it's a donation, a share, or just cheering me on, means more than words can say. Together, we can get these shoeboxes where they're needed. Thank you for being part of it!

About Team Hope

Team Hope's Christmas Shoebox Appeal is an annual campaign where thousands of individuals in Ireland donate shoeboxes filled with gifts or fundraise for shoeboxes. These are then given to children affected by poverty with online shoeboxes going to children in African countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Malawi or Lesotho. These shoebox gifts prepared by Team Hope's partners in Africa really do make an impact. It is an opportunity to share a little joy and excitement with children who live in circumstances where these can sometimes be in short supply.
