Hello, I'm Eli, and I would like to support Dog Trust while running the Dublin Marathon 2024. My journey with running and my passion for animal welfare intersect in a meaningful way that drives me to lace up my shoes and hit the pavement for a cause I deeply believe in. It all started with Morelio,who came into my life as a rescue dog, a timid soul who had been abandoned and left to fend for himself. From the moment I laid eyes on him, I knew he was meant to be a part of my family. As Morelio settled into his new home, I witnessed the incredible transformation that took place. When the opportunity arose to run the Dublin Marathon in support of Dog Trust, I knew it was the perfect way to marry my two passions. Training for a marathon is no easy feat, but knowing that every km I run will help dogs like Morelio find loving homes motivates me to push through the tough moments. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of countless dogs in need of a second chance.
